My bare feet really stood out wearing the USA Women’s Soccer 2023 Logo Shirt but in fact I love this colored flops. Many customers commented on them and my bare feet thru the next 30 or so minutes. My friend came back and gave my shoes back. He looked down at my bare feet and laughed. We quickly switched shoes/flops and he parted wearing those colored flops. Thank goodness no one got a picture of me wearing those flops…at least I don’t think so. Well, the basic answer is no. Anything that is not your intellectual property can be attacked in the court of law by the rightfull owner. By intellectual property i am reffering to anything that is not yours or created by yourself. Now the tricky part of this thing is that a lot of people don’t actually bother with protecting their intellectual property or they simply consider that on a long term, their gain is bigger from your products to stay at sale, than to actually take you down. In your specific case if you are trying to sell your products through a 3′rd party website and the designs will be created in such manner that the politicians will be put in a good light, you shouldn’t have any problems. If the designs are meant to harm the image of those politicians and you sell them through a 3′rd party platform, worst case scenario, you’ll have to take them down. I highly not recommend selling on your personal website/platform any sort of design that is not your intellectual property.
